A calm and amazing water birth.

I had a water birth which was so calm and amazing. I took your advice and only got into the pool when I thought I was nearing transition, although I wasn’t showing any signs yet I must have instinctively known because I got into the pool and 20mins later started pushing which lasted 8 minutes and out he popped. I also had a physiological 3rd stage and no stitches needed, although it was a hospital birth I felt very in control. I decided to use gas this time as with my first I was set on not using any pain relief and in hindsight probably should have.

Thank you for your refresher session I really loved the different labour positions and tips you had we have settled into our family of 4 and are loving every minute of it.
