Group Courses available on the Gold Coast each month. Courses are held at the Grounded Holistic Studio, Bundall over 2 x Saturday's from 9am - 4:30pm

90 minute private birth coaching sessions that are tailored to suite you in helping you achieve the best birth possible.

Shari is specially trained to teach this course and is one of only a few practitioners in Australia and the ONLY Practitioner in Central Queensland. Shari has even attended a Caesarean Birth herself so is able to to be very specific to what you will experience and when best to use the techniques taught in the course
