In this first video blog I will be going through what Hypnosis is and how it works... After all the name Hypnobirthing means Hypnosis during birth. However many people don't know or understand what Hypnosis is because all they have seen about Hypnosis is that of the stage Hypnotherapists on TV that can be seen to make people do silly or stupid things.
