Hi and welcome to my website, It's so great to see that you are looking into your options when it comes to preparing for your birth.
My name is Shari Lyon and I am a certified Hypnobirthing Practitioner, Master NLP & Hypnosis Practitioner and Practitioner of the Emotional Change Technique & mother of 2 and I live on the beautiful Gold Coast, QLD

I am passionate about spreading the word of positive birthing and I truly believe that we all deserve to have a positive experience no matter how your baby comes into the world.
I have personally used the Hypnobirthing techniques during my own 2 births. My first and life-changing experience was with my son at a Birth Centre on the Gold Coast, Australia and my second in a beautiful home birth where I even filmed my birth for you to see me using the techniques I teach within my courses and so you can see just how amazing birth can be. Hypnobirthing my babies was a life-changing experience for me and it made me go on a deep journey within to discover who I was and who I wanted to be as a mother.
I have now been teaching Hypnobirthing and supporting couples from all over the world for 11 years and I have now taught thousands of couples from all over Australia and now the world since bringing the course online through Zoom.
I have also presented and been asked to talk at the local hospitals as well as organised free information nights and even ran a Pregnancy, Birth & Baby Expo.

I am passionate about the deeper work that we can do as women to release limiting beliefs or past traumas and so I am also certified as a Master NLP, Hypnosis and Timeline therapy coach through EAWTC

It's through wanting to help women create a deeper connection that I have created the 'Journey Within' 6 week breakthrough program
My hope is to improve awareness of women’s birth rights and to help educate them on the options available to them during their pregnancy and birth.
