About the Event

This group course will run over 2 x Saturdays the 8th & 15th of August 2026
From 8:30 am - 4:30 pm with a 45-minute break for lunch
Belly2Birth founder and director Shari Lyon will teach this course, and your course will be held at the Newlife Church Community Centre
Refreshments will be provided, and there is time to go out for lunch. if you have any special dietary requirements or allergies, please bring your own food for your own safety. There is a full kitchen with a fridge and appliances to use. If you have any allergies to nuts, please let me know before the course starts, as I do provide food that may contain nuts.
