February/March Sunday Gold Coast Group Course 2024

This group course will run over 2 x Sundays the 25th of February & the 10th of March 2024

From 8:30 am - 4:30 pm with a 45-minute break for lunch

This course will be taught by Belly2Birth founder and director Shari Lyon

Your course venue is TBC depending on course numbers. If the course is 4 couples or less I will hold the course at my home studio in Bonogin. If it is more I will find a venue located between Mudgeeraba, Bundall or Robina and will advise.

Refreshments will be provided and there is a fridge and microwave if you wish to bring lunch with you and sit outside on my deck or there is a small cafe located just 5 minutes down the road.

Course Investment

12 hours of group classes for the birthing mother and birth partner.

Modern and relevant Hypnobirthing Folio of Resources, including course handouts, practice materials and visualisations.

Hypnobirthing relaxation/self-hypnosis tracks (2 albums) with music, and affirmations.

Continued phone and email support right up to and even during your birth.

Additional support for special circumstances eg. Additional Fear Release, Caesarean Birth or Breach turn session.

If you are unable to attend a group course or the scheduled group course dates do not suit you I do have other options available from Half Group & Half Private, Full Private One-on-One sessions to Half group and half online Hypnobubs Programs as well as MP3 Albums you can practice to yourself at home.
