January Thursday Evening Group Hypnobirthing Course

This group course will run over 4 x Thursday Evening commencing the 14th of January 2021, and continuing on the 21st, 28th of January & 4th of February. Each session will go for 3- 3.5 hours and start at 6:00pm and finish around 9:00- 9:30pm with a short tea break

The course will be held at 'Excel Health & Performance' 25 Upton Street, Bundall, Gold Coast

Course Investment 

$595 for you and your chosen birth partner - (A $150 deposit is required at time of booking, to book please select 1 ticket per couple to secure your spot for you and your chosen birth partner)

12 hours of small group classes for the birthing mother and birth partner.

Modern and relevant Hypnobirthing Australia Folio of Resources, including course handouts, practice materials and visualisations.

Hypnobirthing Australia relaxation/self hypnosis tracks (2 albums) with music, affirmations.

Continued phone and email support right up to and even during your birth.

Additional support for special circumstances eg. Additional Fear Release, Caesarean Birth or Breach turn session.
