About the Event
This group course will run over 4 x Tuesday Evenings commencing the 11th, 18th & 25th of January and finishing on the 1st of February 2022. Each session will go for 3- 3.5 hours and start at 6:00 pm and finish around 9:00- 9:30 pm with a short tea break. This course will be taught by director and founder of Belly2Birth Shari Lyon
The course will be held at 'Sports House Varsity Lakea’ Lake Orr Parklands, Christine Ave, Varsity Lakes 4227
You will learn proven techniques that include breathing, relaxation, visualisation, self-hypnosis, movement to create pelvic mobility and space for your baby, labour and birth positions, partner techniques that include massage, acupressure points and pelvic squeeze. You will also learn your options around medical intervention and how to work with medical caregivers to advocate for your preferences and so much more.
