Refresher Hypnobirthing course for parents who have already attended a Full Hypnobirthing Course. This 4-hour session will cover the main techniques you learned in your past pregnancy to help refresh you for your second or more pregnancies. $247 with new materials Face to Face

About the Event
This 4-hour refresher course is for past Belly2Birth clients who have already attended a Full 12 Hour program for a previous pregnancy and would like to revisit and refresh themselves of the techniques including breathing, visualisation, movement, massage & acupressure points as well as the instant relaxation and hypnosis techniques.
This is a small group course for you and your birth partner to attend together.
The price is $247 inc GST per couple with materials
