About the Event

This group course will run over 2 x Sundays the 15th & 29th of October 2023.
From 8:30 am - 4:30 pm with a 45-minute break for lunch
This course will be taught by Belly2Birth founder and director Shari Lyon
Your course will be held at Bend & Strap Pilates Studio located at 18 Strathaird Rd, Bundall QLD 4217
Refreshments will be provided and there is a fridge and microwave if you wish to bring lunch with you and sit outside on my deck or there is a small cafe located just 5 minutes down the road.
