About the Event
This 4-hour refresher course is for past Belly2Birth clients who have already attended the Full 12 Hour program for a previous pregnancy and would like to revisit and refresh themselves of the techniques including breathing, visualisation, movement, massage & acupressure points as well as the instant relaxation and hypnosis techniques.
This is a small group course for you and your birth partner to attend together. The venue will be central Gold Coast depending on the numbers booked and I will update you closer to the course date.
The price is $247 inc GST per couple with materials
