About the Event
Shari Lyon from Belly2Birth is a 5 x award-winning Hypnobirthing Australia Practitioner. Shari has been teaching the Hypnobirthing Australia Program for 8 years and taught over 700 couples and has personally used the techniques for her own 2 births.
In this one-day intensive workshop on Wednesday the 1st of April 2020 will start at 9am and finish around 4pm. The training will be held in Seminar room #1 at the Gold Coast University Hospital Education Department. There will be a break for Lunch and short tea breaks throughout the day.
In our ‘Supportive Caregivers Training’ we will cover:
Introduction to the positive mindset of hypnobirthing
Causes of fear and how it affects labour (psychological, emotional, physical)
How caregivers can best help and support hypnobirthing parents
