I just wanted to swing you a quick email to say thank you! We had our gorgeous daughter Layla on Christmas Eve and the birth couldn't have been more amazing.

I felt empowered, educated and ready to tackle labour when my surges first started. Once she was born I truly could not believe that I had done it! A beautiful natural birth, no tearing and no complications. 

I wouldn't have felt equipped or as confident without doing the Hypnobirthing course with Shari, and it was interesting post-birth so many of the midwives were asking about it and how I found my experience. 

We can not thank you enough!
