We have some exciting news!, we welcomed Zyah Florence on the 11/01/18 @ 3:06 am!
Weighing 3.9kg he decided to arrive at 39+1 week which we were very surprised as we were expecting him to come late January.
I had a very fast and calm 5 hour labour with no interventions and an incredible water birth, Natural placenta delivery and delayed cord clamping.
Zac and I are still in shock how incredible and effective the hypnobirthing techniques worked!
