It was the quick and completely drug-free labour I had dreamt of!

Hey Shari,

I just wanted to let you know that our beautiful Eloise was born on Monday 19th of April at 1:55 pm.

It was the quick and completely drug-free labour I had dreamt of! My contractions began at around 5 am that morning, we arrived at the hospital at 11 am and she arrived at 1:55 pm!

I honestly don't think I could have had this experience if it wasn't for completing the course with you, letting go of my fear and focusing all of my energy into a positive birth! Aaron was my rock and the techniques you taught us were integral to how it all went. The transition phase was definitely the hardest part and I nearly lost it but I think all that mindset work plus the encouragement I received from Aaron and our midwife is what got me through.

We are both just so grateful for your support and the information you shared with us. I have been raving about Hypnobirthing and how great the course is to everyone I meet.
