Thank you so much!!!

Jye and I welcomed our sweet baby girl, Malia on Thursday 8th September 2022.

My labour went a lot quicker than I thought it would with 6 hours 40 of active labour and 18 hours from my first contraction to bub earth side.

Not only did my knowledge from hypnobirthing keep me calm in birth, it had Jye feeling like he knew how to comfort and support me, reminding me of my breathe having me follow him, him playing all the tracks and music in delivery.

We had an all natural birth and needed a vacuum assistance in the end as bubs head was trying to come out on the wrong angle. I felt informed on how my labour was changing and empowered that I was informed and still felt in control. I was so calm in early stages of labour I was cleaning my dogs ears between contractions lol

Thank you so much for your course, even online it was so personable and educational. I have already sworn by it to a few pregnant friends.
